I find a comfortable position.
Pause.

I feel my body. Breath. The breath I breathe. The air enters the air comes out.

See my hands, my feet, my head. My body is heavy.

The breath takes me.

Silence.

Like a wave in the sea I feel the energy flow into and out of my state of rest.

Now I no longer feel my hands, my feet, my head. My body is light.

There is nothing around me.

Breath slowly. Rhythm in a natural way.

The breath I breathe. The air enters the air comes out.

My body is relaxed.

My mind see the waves like a sponge that fills and then empties find peace.

Silence.

Pause.

See my hands, my feet my head. I move my hands first, then my feet and my head.

Deep breaths. I resume

awareness of myself. I know how to move, slowly recovering my physicality.

I open my eyes.

Pause.

My body is no longer the contract, is relaxed, my mind is free. Serena.
